Négociant Wines · Oregon

Premium wine.
Thoughtful reform.

A négociant house sourcing from Oregon — the Willamette Valley and beyond. We don't farm and we don't own a winery. We find wine worth bottling, and we put our name on it.

Ten percent of every producer dollar is pledged to organizations working to end cannabis incarceration. A founding commitment, written into who we are — not a campaign.

The Wines

Four to start. Oregon fruit.

Sourcing conversations are underway with Oregon producers. Three varietals are set; the fourth and the appellations are still being worked out. We'll name those here when they're real, and not before.

The Label

Two directions. One promise.

We're working through two front-label concepts and a back label that carries the pledge. Nothing here is final — these are concepts in development.

Front label concept — leaf motif, Pinot Noir

Back — the pledge

Label designs shown are concepts in development. Artwork, varietal, appellation, vintage and alcohol content are placeholders and are subject to change and to TTB label approval. Contains no cannabis, THC or CBD.

The Commitment

Ten percent. Of the top line.

Ten percent of every producer dollar — not a share of profit, which can be engineered to zero, and not a limited-time campaign.

Hundreds of thousands of people have been incarcerated over cannabis in a country that now sells it legally across most of its states. That contradiction is the reason this company exists.

Our intent is to give directly to a single organization working on cannabis release and reentry, until that work is finished — and to say so on the back label rather than in a press release.

We're in conversation with the organization we hope to name. Nothing is signed yet, and we won't name a partner here until it is.
